Its instruments are expensive and precise. For the application of new instruments and equipment, a scientific, systematic and effective rules and regulations should be formulated to ensure the normal operation of the instrument in work, improve its work efficiency, keep it in good working condition and prolong its service life.

1 clinical data

There were 200 cases of TV laparoscopic surgery, including 62 cases of cholecystectomy, 30 cases of appendectomy, 42 cases of uterine and ovarian tumors, 10 cases of pulmonary bullectomy, 3 cases of splenic cyst resection, 21 cases of lung cancer tumors, 19 cases of lobectomy, 5 cases of sigmoid colon resection, 1 case of megacolon resection, 1 case of liver rupture and diaphragm repair, and 5 cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma resection. All cases successfully completed the operation with definite curative effect. No instrument failure occurred in 200 operations, which can ensure the smooth completion of the operation.

(1) Pay attention to the protection of the eyepiece for the celiac viewing angle endoscope. After the mirror is cleaned with a cotton swab with 95% alcohol, wipe it dry with a soft cloth and cover it with a protective cap to avoid collision, resulting in the lens being blurred and affecting the clarity. (2) The power cord of camera and cold light source shall be wiped dry with soft and absorbent cloth. The power cord shall not be folded and shall be placed in the disc without angle. (3) Protect the puncture cone to prevent its sharpness from being affected by collision. When cleaning the side hole of the puncture cone sheath, press to open the through port, rinse the inner cavity, dry it with cotton roll, dry and oil the moving part of the joint, and maintain the flexibility of its switch and joint part. (4) When various instruments are used and cleaned, they shall be handled with care, and shall not be thrown or collided with each other. Multiple instruments shall not be held in one hand to avoid sliding and damage. (5) For all kinds of catheters and instruments with inner cavity, if necessary, flush and dredge them with a full strip to prevent blockage of blood scab, bile mud and abdominal cavity flushing residues. After cleaning, wipe the inner cavity with a long roll of cotton seed and oil it. (6) Pneumoperitoneum needle should maintain the sharpness of the needle. It is best to wash it with 95% alcohol, wash it after operation, dry it and oil it. (7) The rubber caps of puncture device and converter shall be counted and stored to prevent loss. (8) After the operation, clean all kinds of instruments with clean water. If there are blood stains and scabs in the clamp part, soak it with appropriate enzyme or hydrogen peroxide for 10 ~ 20min, then gently wipe it dry and wash it with yarn block under flowing water, and then wipe it dry with soft cloth and oil it for the next operation. (9) Do a good job in the use registration, and carefully fill in the daily operation of the instrument, the time, the signature of the operating doctor, the signature of the cooperating nurse, and the name, age and operation name of the patient.
