| A: | Our main products are disposable laparoscopic instruments, including laparoscopic trocar, laparoscopic forceps/scissors, suction irrigation tube, veress needle, specimen retrieval bag and balloon uterine manipulator. We are researching other gynecologic Instruments and thoracoscopic Instruments as well. |

| A: | We participate many medical exhibitions, such as MEDICA, HOSPITALAR, ARAB HEALTH, FIME, CMEF and so on each year. We are located in Hangzhou, China, which is about 3 driving hours from Shanghai. |

| A: | Delivery times are based on quantity ordered. 1-3 days if goods are in stock, 10-15 days for special request on package, 15-30 days for big orders or special request on products. | A: | Firstly, we send you the new goods for free if any product damaged the time you get them, but the delivery cost will be paid by your side. Or we send it to you with your next order. We pay all the cost if the issue is caused by our side after complete reinspection. |
