Disposable Suction Irrigation Tube Set is used in laparoscopic surgical procedure for irrigation and suction purpose.

2. Raw Material

The stainless steel probe is made of 06Cr19Ni10.The tube is made of PVC. The irrigation valve, suction valve , T-pipe and pin hat are made of PV. The pin head is made of ABS.

3. Main Structural Composition

The Disposable Suction Irrigation Sets are composed of irrigation valve, suction valve, stainless steel probe, probe hat, pin hat, pin head, tube clamp, connector, suction tube connector, tube, probe seat, T-pipe and rear cover. 

4. Description of performance

The components of Disposable Suction Irrigation Sets should be smoothly assemble and strip. The moving part should drive easily and avoid becoming flexible. The combination of the tube and components should be firm. Under the pressure of 10N and lasting 30 seconds, the connecting part should keep firm and avoid the tube body cracking. The Disposable Suction Irrigation Sets can bear 30Kpa negative pressure without collapse. The products should have good air tightness and pass 30KPa air pressure and can last 15 seconds. Meanwhile, there is no leakage between the connections. The spring of the Disposable Suction Irrigation sets should be elastic enough, and can reset quickly after pressing. The residues of EO should be less than or equal to 10ug/g.
