     A: Samples can be ordered for test and approval. Sample charges will be quoted depending upon the item, quantity, design, any special requirements etc. Samples production time is usually 7 to 14 days depending on the product, specifications, model, design etc.

2. Q: Any problem for the customs? I don't know how to get the goods?
     A: Our agent is proficient in operating DHL, FedEx, UPS ,TNT ,EMS etc. Usually it’s no problem for the customs, if anything happened, we’ll give you instructions.

3. Q: Do you offer OEM service?
