A: We participate many medical exhibitions, such as MEDICA, HOSPITALAR, ARAB HEALTH, FIME, CMEF and so on each year. We are located in Hangzhou, China, which is about 3 driving hours from Shanghai.

 

4. Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Delivery times are based on quantity ordered. 1-3 days if goods are in stock, 10-15 days for special request on package, 15-30 days for big orders or special request on products. 5. Q: What is the payment terms?

A: 100% T/T in advance for small orders, for big order we could negotiate with each other. RMB, USD are acceptable. T/T, L/C, Western Union and PayPal all are available.

A: Regarding the small quantity order, we can send them by Fedex, DHL, international express and the large quantity goods are shipped by sea shipping according to client's demands. The available loading ports include Shanghai and Ningbo.

A: Yes, sure, you are always welcome to place a sample order to check the quality. Usually if with our label, samples would be sent within 3 working days. Please kindly contact us.

A: For the stock products, the MOQ is 10-20pcs ; for OEM service,  the MOQ is 300-500pcs.
